We only accept support mails from mail adress which is registered in account information.
Please make sure to register your email adress to account information.
1. Login to control panel.
2. Click [Hello, {name}] on the top right of the screen. Then select [Account Details] .
3. You can veiw and edit account information, and edit email prefrences at [Account Details]
