New Support system

*For customers who use our support system first time;
Please access to https://support.tsukaeru.net/, then Change "English" and go to "LOGIN" and Click "SIGN UP" .


All customers who has already used our support system need to reset password as following steps;

　1.　Access to https://support.tsukaeru.net/
　2.　Click "LOGIN", then go to "forgot your password?", then fill in your registrant Email address, and click "RESET MY PASSWORD".
　

3.　You will receive password reset email.



 


2.　After set up password, you can login to your support system with your registrant Email address.

3.　Click "Submit a request" from right above, and fill in the details and Submit.
